Proof of Payment (EFT) flow — the SA way

This is one of our biggest advantages over pure card tools. Many SA customers prefer or can only do EFT.

Exact flow

1. Customer chooses EFT -> sees your bank details + reference
2. They pay from their banking app
3. Upload POP (PDF, JPG, PNG)
4. You get notified in workspace
5. Review -> Approve or Reject with note
6. Booking status updates automatically

The file is stored securely. Always keep good records for SARS.
