Export your JotForm submissions as CSV (My Forms → Submissions → Download as CSV) before you cancel. ReserveMe doesn't have a direct JotForm importer, but the form definitions are quick to rebuild and submissions you've already received stay archived in your JotForm export.

Yes. The form builder supports show/hide rules per field based on previous answers, branching paths, and a welcome screen + end screen for a Typeform-style flow. Not every JotForm widget is mirrored, but the common patterns (intake, registration, order, signup, waivers) are well covered.

POPIA compliance is built into the platform. Customer consent fields, one-click data erasure on request, and an export-my-data flow for the right of access. JotForm focuses on GDPR/CCPA — POPIA isn't called out anywhere in their compliance docs.
